Tasting notesDeep red, vivacious, with violaceous hues. Black fruit is present, characteristic of this variety, lined with coffee and cocoa from the oak.  On the palate, the fruity character appears, with a fresh and ample expression. A noble, easy to drink and balanced varietal.

Ideal for pasta, with tomato sauce, or stuffed; simply cooked meat, grilled meat; creamy risotto, rice with poultry or rabbit meat; hard or aged cheeses.

 

Color: Deep red and vivaceous.

 

Aroma: Black fruit with delicate coffee notes.

 

Taste: Harmonious, fresh and fruity. Pleasant sweet tannins in the finish.
