This blend combines 33 different Pre-1860′s apple varietals, barrel aged together for over a year. Filled with complexity, this tart, tannic, and slightly funky farmhouse cider is a reincarnation of an era passed.
Our small batch seasonal series of farmstyle ciders, wines and meads fuse old world oak aging methods with new world flavors and techniques. Farmstyle blends are crafted from locally sourced ingredients and bottled in the traditional style with minimal filtration for pureness of character.
